Exchange policy:
1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has no right to replace the product provided to him from the store after receiving it.
2- In order to replace the product, the product must be in good condition, and in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated
The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
2- If the product is natural or artificial flowers, fruits, or collectibles outside the site (such as gifts).
3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other works considered to be literature.
4- If the request deals with purchasing products that are not displayed on the site.
Return Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store in the event of delay beyond the agreed upon date, unless an external circumstance arises during the delivery process.
2- The consumer bears the costs resulting from the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer has no right to return the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by him. This excludes products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
2- If the product is natural or artificial flowers, fruits, or collectibles outside the site (such as gifts).
3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other works considered to be literature.
4- If the request deals with purchasing products that are not displayed on the site.
Cancellation of orders after processing:
If the customer decides to cancel the order after it has been created, we will work hard to cancel the order without the customer incurring any costs, provided that the order has not yet been prepared and a waybill has not been issued at the time of reception.
If preparation is completed, the customer bears 25% of the order value, or the equivalent of its costs in the worst cases
Cancellation and refund request:
In the case of electronic payment, the payment fees are deducted = (the payment gateway’s percentage of financial transactions + 15% of the value of the payment gateway fees + 1)
In the event of a transfer, the customer will be charged the transfer fees according to the transferring bank.
If the process of preparing the order for shipping or preparing it, the costs of the process will be deducted from the amount paid, which is (26) riyals, excluding value-added tax.
